Cotnari

The name of Cotnari is given by the craft of the barrel crank (elbow, chopping, and masonry). The first historical mentions of the Cotnari vineyard date back to the 15th century. The Cotnari vineyard is part of the wine-growing region of Moldavia’s Plateau. This region is distinguished by the personality of the vine and the well-sunny slopes, the fineness of the white wines, and for the love of the inhabitants for the wine culture.
